Lithium Battery BR-2/3A ** |
BR-2/3A is used as back-up in instruments that have a lithium
battery to back-up buffer and real-time clock in event of main battery
failure or exhaustion:
MicroCAT (SBE 37-IM, 37-IMP, 37-SM, and 37-SMP) and SBE 44 use a battery pack comprised of six parallel 9-volt batteries. Each 9-volt battery contains three BR-2/3A. See MicroCAT or SBE 44 manual for shipping precautions for battery pack. SBE 43 uses two BR-2/3A to maintain continuous polarization. |
